The only school that used to teach the children of Afghan immigrants in Tajikistan was closed to Afghan students due to financial problems and economic challenges.
This high school, which is said to have been operating for more than 23 years with grants from the previous government of Afghanistan and in the form of the country's educational curriculum, its gate was closed to students last week.
It has been said that this school is facing serious financial challenges and recently, this school, which could not pay the rent of the building in which it was operating, was transferred to the premises of the Afghan Embassy in Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan.
Currently, the students of "Samanian Higher Education High School", most of whom are girls, are studying in the administrative offices of the Afghan Embassy in Dushanbe.
The reports quoted Najie Zahir, the director of "Samanian Higher Education High School" as saying that they had economic and financial problems and could not afford to pay the rent for the repair of the Samanian school.
He expressed his satisfaction with this action of the Afghan ambassador in Tajikistan, adding that: "This place is a small Afghanistan for us, and we are very happy that the field of education for Afghan immigrant children has not been stopped."
