In its last meeting, the caretaker government's cabinet has tasked the relevant departments to prepare a plan to prevent traffic incidents in the country.

On Monday, the 28th of Haut, the Caretaker Government Affairs Department published a newsletter saying that the cabinet discussed this issue in its 19th meeting, which was chaired by Mohammad Hassan Akhund.

It is stated in the newsletter that in this meeting, a detailed discussion was held on how to prevent traffic incidents and control the speed of vehicles.

According to the news release, in this meeting of the caretaker government cabinet, the Ministry of Interior Affairs has been entrusted with the task of preparing the necessary traffic plans and devices to determine the speed of cars on the highways, with the coordination of the Supreme Court and the Ministries of Transportation, Aviation and Public Works, and with the leadership of the Minister. to share

The 19th meeting of the Cabinet of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan was held today under the chairmanship of Alhaji Mohammad Hassan Akhund, the Prime Minister, and necessary decisions were made on a number of issues.

Traffic incidents are one of the main causes of death in Afghanistan and at least or up to several traffic incidents are recorded in different parts of the country every day.

In the latest case, on the morning of Sunday of this week, a traffic incident on the Kandahar-Helmand highway in the Khalgar area of ​​Gershak district left 21 dead and 11 injured.

According to the local authorities of the caretaker government in Helmand province, this incident occurred as a result of a collision between a tanker, a motorcycle and a 580 bus.
