The death toll of the explosion in Kandahar reached three dead and 12 wounded

The local officials of the caretaker government in Kandahar province have confirmed that three people were killed and 12 others were injured following the explosion in front of the Kabul Bank representative office in this province.

Asadullah Jamshidi, the spokesman of the caretaker government's security command in Kandahar province, said in a news release that the explosion took place in the morning of Thursday, the 2nd of Hamel, in Shahidan square in front of the Kabul Bank agency in the first security area of ​​this city.

It is stated in a newsletter that this incident happened in a civilian place and most of the victims of this incident are civilians.

The authorities of Kandahar province have called the nature of this explosion a suicide attack.

According to reports, an explosion occurred in front of the Kabul representative office in the first district of Kandahar city at around 9:00 am this Thursday.

According to the local officials of the caretaker government, the investigation into the incident has been started and the injured have been transferred to the hospital.

On the other hand, a number of domestic media reported that at least 19 people were killed and more than 20 others were injured in the incident, quoting sources in the Mirwais seminary hospital in Kandahar province.
