Institute of War Studies; Many Taliban forces disobey their leader's orders

According to the new research of the Institute of War Studies, the Taliban group in Afghanistan have disobeyed the orders of their leader Hebatullah Akhundzadeh in several cases.

The report of this institution shows that the Taliban have violated Akhundzadeh's orders in various fields.

The Taliban leader had announced a ban on polygamy and appointing relatives to government positions, but many Taliban commanders have continued to have multiple marriages and appoint their close relatives to government positions despite these orders.

In addition, Akhundzadeh has repeatedly emphasized the need to stop the extra-legal killings of former Afghan government employees, but the report of the Institute of War Studies indicates that these killings are still continuing.

One of the most important disagreements between the Taliban leadership and the cabinet members of this group is about the ban on girls' education.

Figures like Mullah Yaqub, Sirajuddin Haqqani and Abbas Stanekzai have clearly taken a stand against this policy. It is even said that Taliban officials have sent their girls to secret schools, contrary to Akhundzadeh's order.
