Turkish Airlines announced the start of its flights to Afghanistan

Turkish Airlines has announced that it will resume its flights to Afghanistan on May 21 of this year.

Turkey's Anatolia news agency announced the start of flights to Afghanistan on Tuesday, 11 Thor.

According to reports, Turkish Airlines will operate four flights a week on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday between Kabul and Istanbul and vice versa.

It should be mentioned that Turkish airlines, like some other countries, have stopped their activities after the Islamic Emirate regained power in Afghanistan.

Previously, a number of foreign airlines, including "Air Arabia" and "Fly Dubai" of the Emirates, Iran and Pakistan, have announced the start of their operations in Afghanistan.

Turkish Air was established in 1933 by order of Kemal Mustafa Atatürk and as one of the departments of the Ministry of Defense of this country, which flies to more than 200 international airports around the world.

Meanwhile, Com Air and Ariana Afghan Airlines have flights from Kabul to Dubai, Moscow, Islamabad and Istanbul.

International flights to Kabul were stopped on August 15, 2021 after the withdrawal of international forces and the coming to power of the Islamic Emirate in Afghanistan.
