95 Taliban members killed in several provinces of Afghanistan

In the past 24 hours, 95 members of the Taliban were killed and 35 others were wounded in clashes between government forces and the Taliban.

The Afghan Ministry of Defense said in a statement on Saturday: “These people have been killed or wounded in Baghlan, Takhar, Balkh, Ghazni, Badakhshan, Orzgan, Helmand and Kandahar provinces. It has been neutralized and also a large amount of their weapons and ammunition have been engineered.

Clashes between government forces and the Taliban have intensified in various parts of Afghanistan, and casualties on both sides have been rising in recent days. On Friday, news sources in Afghanistan reported that dozens of border guards had been killed in Herat and 10 others had been killed in Taliban attacks in Sar-e-Pul province.

While the United States, Turkey, Qatar and the United Nations are making serious efforts to resolve the Afghan crisis at the Turkey summit in the coming weeks, experts have called for an end to the crisis in the country, given the long-standing roots of the crisis. Turkey read impossible.
