According to local sources, this incident took place on Tuesday, Som Delu, in Khajeh Khalo area of Khogyani district of Nangarhar province.
Based on the reports of the sources, this exact incident happened when two families had a dispute over land, and as a result, two sons were killed as a result of this conflict.
