In this test list of Atlas, Afghanistan's Bolani was given the 11th place of the best flat breads in the world in terms of taste.
The World Food Atlas website "Taste Atlas" is an online experiential travel guide.
In the short introduction provided by this site regarding Afghani bolani, it is said that Afghani bolani is flat bread filled and fried in a pan, which is prepared from unleavened dough.
In the continuation of the introduction of the Atlas test site, it is stated that Afghani bolani is usually filled with a mixture of mashed potatoes and various other ingredients such as spinach, onion, pumpkin or even green or red lentils.
The site added that in Afghanistan, bolani is not only a popular street snack but is often prepared at home and usually served as a side dish.

The Atlas test site further writes that it is traditionally eaten warm with cilantro chutney and mint-flavored Afghani yogurt called Cheke.
