Ministry of Justice AA: People who operate under the name of political parties will be dealt with

The Ministry of Justice of the caretaker government has once again emphasized that the activities of political parties in Afghanistan have been canceled and no one can operate under their name.

On Thursday, the 16th of Hamal, this ministry announced that with the arrival of the Islamic Emirate in Afghanistan, the activities of all political parties and the headship of political parties in the Ministry of Justice have been canceled and no person can operate under the name of the parties.

The Ministry of Justice has emphasized that it considers any activity under the name of the party illegal in Afghanistan.

The ministry has warned: "In case of repetition of such activities (activities under the name of political parties), it will deal with the violators legally and religiously."

The Ministry of Justice of the Islamic Emirate said that recently, some officials of political parties who were registered in the previous office of the Ministry have taken positions and made movements from the addresses of their canceled parties.

In the announcement regarding the activities of charitable institutions, it is stated that only those charitable institutions that have a license to operate can continue their activities.

Meanwhile, three people were recently sentenced to prison for political activities in Kandahar province in southern Afghanistan.
