Sohail Shaheen, the head of the political office of the Islamic Emirate in Qatar, told the Hindu newspaper on Wednesday, the 22nd of Hamal, that the commission under the leadership of the Ministry of Justice was formed for the reason that Sikhs and Hindus were usurped from their land and wealth during the previous regime. was returned to them.

Earlier, the Ministry of Justice of the Islamic Emirate had announced that the commission to prevent land grabbing was working on "investigating the usurped lands of Indian citizens".

This ministry had published a newsletter on the 19th of last solar year and said that the commission to prevent usurpation of land and restitution of usurped land has started the process of examining the usurped land of Indian citizens across the country.
According to the newsletter, this commission in the center and the provinces has directed the technical committees to prevent land grabbing to confirm and identify the lands of Indian citizens that are "under usurpation or the possibility of usurpation by the agency of fake lines."
The Ministry of Justice of the caretaker government added that the report of the assigned commissions will be reviewed by the commission after confirming and identifying the usurped lands and the necessary decision will be made.

However, the head of the political office of the Islamic Emirate in Qatar has called the return of Narendra Singh Khalsa, one of the Sikh leaders of Afghanistan, to Kabul as important and said that he returned to the country as a result of the efforts of the commission to contact Afghan personalities.

Narendra Seng, Khalsa, was a member of the House of Representatives of Afghanistan during the former republic and went to Canada after the re-establishment of the Islamic Emirate.

Recently, the news about his return to Afghanistan was published, but some media quoted him and wrote that he did not return to Afghanistan.
