A base of "Hashd al-Shaabi" group near Baghdad was attacked by air

Sources in the Hashd al-Shaabi group, the militias supported by the Islamic Republic, have announced an air attack on the command of this group in the south of Baghdad.

Reuters, quoting two Iraqi security sources and sources close to the Hashd al-Shaabi militia group, supported by Iran, reported that the attack took place in the evening, on Friday, April 19, in the area of Jarf al-Sakhr in the north of Babil, Iraq.

According to reports, two sources have confirmed that one of the forces of Hashd al-Shaabi was killed and six others were wounded in the attacks in the hospital of the city of "Hale".

On the other hand, sources close to Hashd al-Sha'abi blamed the US for these attacks, claims that were rejected by this country.

The Central Command Headquarters of the United States (CENTCOM) confirmed by publishing a message that "We are aware of the reports that claim that the United States has carried out airstrikes in Iraq today. These reports are not true. "The United States has not conducted an air strike in Iraq today."

Al-Arabiya report also stated that the Hashd al-Shaabi armored base in Kalso in Babylon, Iraq, was targeted by five missiles, which resulted in huge losses.

It should be noted that this attack was reported after a loud explosion was reported on an airbase near Isfahan city.

Iranian officials have not officially confirmed the claims of American officials that Israel fired missiles at Iran, but they claim that Isfahan air defenses have targeted several micro-birds and suspicious objects.

Meanwhile, tensions between Iran and Israel have increased after Iran's airstrikes on the country.
